NRG Automation TXP868N013 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I have moved into a new house that already had a remote control garage door, I had two sensors left, one works the other doesn't, I have changed the battery New one CR2032) and i cant even see a sensor light when pressed. Can you look at it and restore it back to working condition, I will also possibly need the manual in how to configure the device to work with the door sensor as it may have lost its programme?
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response (a very hard press was required). This was due to contamination on the button contacts. The button facias were peeled back and cleaned which restored full functionality.
