Customers Fault Description : Charging port has snapped off inside of remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV lift remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken charge port and the print around the port was damaged.
A replacement port was soldered into place and an epoxy and hot glue used to hold it in place due to the damaged print. Full functionality was restored.
