Customers Fault Description : Remote won’t connect to system unit, can’t seam to tune into system. For air con or heating. Heating symbol not lighting up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Air con / Heater motorhome remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal functionality. The code set being transmitted was also confirmed to be correct for this model.
The customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver on return.
