Customer's Fault Description
The connection between the two had stopped working, so replaced both sets of batteries. So the remote only works at very close range ie 5cm away..
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to transmit a very weak signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset. Once the transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
