Customer's Fault Description
Sometimes the whole remote is not working,except the rotary volume knob. Sometimes everything works except the Play button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Car Dvd player remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response and the power button was non responsive.
On opening this was found to be due to corrosion in the print from a battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
