Customers Fault Description : JUST STOPPED WORKING ON WIFES CHAIR SWOPED OVER FROM MY CHAIR HER CHAIR WORKING NOW MINE NOT WORKING

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a wire broken away from the PCB (see image). This was soldered firmly back into position then hot glue used to reinforce the strength of the wire.
