MERTIK MAXITROL G30-ZRHT Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote has stopped working, it did periodically flash as if it would work then returned to a blank screen, I'm assuming a loose connection from the battery as otherwise the remote seems in good order. Any help greatly appreciated.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas Stove remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. This was due to a faulty battery cable.  Once replaced full functionality was restored.
