Customers Fault Description : Does not power on, no buttons seem to work.

This Spa bath remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. Due to the way this item is manufactured a repair is not possible as it cannot be opened without destroying it.
The remtoe was heated which managed to restore the signal for a breif moment, long enough to make a copy.
