Quad Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Quad
Customers Fault Description : Controller has stopped working. Have checked batteries, both OK. Checked system with a friend's remote all works OK. So looks like fault with the controller.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Quad 99 Controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power. The battery terminals were found to be corroded from a battery leak and also print damage was found when opened.
The print was reworked and the terminals replaced. This restored full functionality.
