Customer's Fault Description
Controller has stopped working. Have checked batteries, both OK. Checked system with a friend's remote all works OK. So looks like fault with the controller.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Quad 99 Controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power. The battery terminals were found to be corroded from a battery leak and also print damage was found when opened.
The print was reworked and the terminals replaced. This restored full functionality.
