No buttons work. Viewing LED with a camera doesn't show any illumination (unlike other IR remotes I have)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This 99 Pre-amp remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not transmit an IR signal on any button press.  This was due to a faulty IR LED.  Once the LED was replaced full functionality was restored.
