Customer's Fault Description
First it was the home button, now it's all buttons not working. I have tried replacing the batteries. I have noticed a slight furing in the battery compartment but I have seen worse work.

This Blu Ray Player Amp for surround sound remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
