Velux Window Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Controller Display Blank

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electric Velux Window remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an illuminated blank display.

This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
