TRUMA Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : TRUMA
Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working. Batteries had corroded due to damp. There is visible rust on battery connectors.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Truma Mover SE Caravan Mover Remote Control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have signs of a battery leak.
When tested the remote would micro blip then show no signs of life. Unfortunately, this is due to the main IC being blown which is most likely from the battery leak surging the power.
Due to this a repair is not possible in this case.
