Customers Fault Description : The remote sometimes works as it beeps , then other times it’s not connected to the fire , Also a wire came off the battery wich we soldered on , so maybe needs doing again , It’s a new battery but shows half full ,
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Fire remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty battery cable and voltage regulator. Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
