REICH Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : intermittent power on difficult to turn on again once off
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This caravan mover remote- model No: 527 - 0521 arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic response to its double power button press.
This was due to tiny corrosion spots in the ribbon edge connector for the facia. The connector was cut back by 1mm to bypass the corrosion. This restored full functionality.
