Customers Fault Description : most buttons have ceased to work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged but unfortunately one of the button caps is missing with another physically ripped from the housing.

As the missing button is not present a repair is not possible as replacement buttons are not available as spares, we can only repair existing buttons and not replace them.

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
