Customers Fault Description : Unit has packed up after swapping batteries no display

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Remote shower controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power, this was found to be due to the terminals being bent out of position making a poor battery connection.

The terminals were reworked which restored full solid functionality.
