THE REMOTE DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE- WE CANNOT USE OUR FIRE BECAUSE OF THIS DEFECT WE TRYED TO RESYNCHRONIZE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote control arrived safely from Belgium and on testing was found to not transmit an RF signal.

This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the RF board.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
