Customer's Fault Description
The remote casing is loose and the remote does not switch on
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote would have erratic response to its power switch. Sometimes it would not power on and sometimes it wouldn't power off.
The Switch was replaced which restored full functionality. The case was then hot glued together.
