Bellfires Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bellfires
Customers Fault Description : One of the wires has become detached from the battery. Casing also feels "loose".
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a gas fireplace arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead due to a damaged battery cable.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the case.
