Customer's Fault Description
New batteries fitted nothing appears on the screen. Have placed near a heat scource to remove any possible moisture. Sprayed with WD40
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Shower remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print around the terminals. The print was reworked which restored full functional. The Spray lubricant was removed from the remote, it is not advised to spray anything into remote controls as it can actually cause irreparable damage.
