GLOW WORM Climapro 2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : said needs new batteries then screen blank
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Central Heating controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead with very loose-fitting batteries.
Unfortunately, when opened the displays edge connector and cable was found to have physically burnt (see image), most likely from a battery leak. Due to this damage and the lack of spare displays a repair is not possible.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
