Customers Fault Description : The original brown control stopped working some years ago and an attempt was made to repair it, including cutting the cable. Since then a replacement bought online has been used, but at best this only works on an intermittent basis. We would like the original repaired if possible so that we have a functioning chair. We will send both remotes, but are only seeking repair of original brown control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These remotes arrived safely and on inspection the Willowbrook remote had a damaged cable. A replacement long straight cable was fitted (We cannot get the curly kind) and the buttons cleaned.
