Dreams Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : TV remote does not work correctly think down button is stuck in so very difficult to put TV bed up so needs replacing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was in pieces on arrival.
One of the tactile switches was found to have collapsed. Both switches were replaced which restored functionality.
The signal being 2.4ghz seems to be weak and there is a tiny dent on the oscillator which may be from being packaged loosely with all other parts, it is not known if this will affect the signal functionality. The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
