Customer's Fault Description
the on button and the high low button not working. Also the plastic pieces over the on off button are broken but I don't think this can be rectified
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control for an electric fire arrived safely and on inspection was found to have two missing button caps and faulty buttons.
The buttons were replaced with longer shafted buttons and the holes blanked out, see image (replacement cases cannot be supplied as spares are not available).
Full functionality was restored.
