Truma Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Left controller with batteries still in and terminals are damaged Working perfectly before
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The terminals had signs of corrosion from a battery leak. The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
