Customer's Fault Description
Radio is five years old. Remote has never been used up to now . Duracell battery placed in it 12.3.25 - no signs of working. I am in the UK briefly, visiting my mum and trying to put her world in shape. She can’t move around well enough to switch the radio on and off manually now, so we needed the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Digital radio remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.  When opened this was due to one of the terminals being deformed and not touching the battery.  The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality.
