Truma GO2 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Truma
Model : GO2
Customers Fault Description : Intermittent connection with Motor Mover. When not working properly, remote keeps on beeping. Paired with the GO2 electrical unit. Worked once or twice on the mover and then stopped working. Numerous attempts at pairing with hit and miss results.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The remote would rattle when shook which means that the PCB was loose inside from a broken mounting pin. The PCB was hotglued into place to prevent future issues. This item has been classed as no fault found.
