Customers Fault Description : lower left button note working all other buttons OK wiries going into controller need looking at.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Chair remote controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
