battery leaked, a wire broke off ,resoldered and not worked since.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This ceiling fan and light remote control arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote was dead. This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator. Once replaced full functionality was restored.
