Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : It’s completely dead and won’t work with new batteries.

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. When opened the internal terminal was found to have crystalised contamination over it from a battery leak. The terminal was etched clean which restored full functionality.
