Customer's Fault Description
The battery compartment has a small connector the has come off board when I took out the old battery, this part is in the battery compartment in cellophane and all the screws from the remote I have included a new battery to be fitted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Adjustable bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection was disassembled prior to arrival with us.
One of the battery terminals was found to have broken away from the PCB, this was soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
