Customers Fault Description : Been temperamental for a long time but now not functioning at all

This Lifestyle RC 9 REMOTE CONTROL arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press. This was due to a break in the print around the aerial. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Replacement conductive pads were also glued under all buttons as some were badly worn.
