Screen intermittently turns on then goes off when you press any of the buttons & none of the commands requested are actioned
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Aircon system remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have some segments missing on the display and also no IR signal was present on any button press.

The signal issue was due to a faulty IR Led, the display issue was caused by the screw hole fixings for the display were loose.  The holes were reworked and the IR LED replaced. This restored full functionality.
