Customer's Fault Description
The small toggle on the on/off switch inside the circuit board is broken consequently the yellow slide button on the outside is doing nothing
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead due to a broken internal switch. The switch was replaced which restored full functionality. The PCB was hot glued into place as this is why the switch had broken.
