Customers Fault Description : These buttons don't work: Power Source Down Monitor Volume Down These are intermittent: Source Up Direct Volume Up The Mute button usually works.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Audio Pre-Amp remote control arrived safely and on testing weas found to have numerous non functioning buttons. This was due to decomposition in the print. The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
