Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead with the battery fixing pints being broken which led to the battery no sitting correctly inside the remote.  A battery compartment mod was carried out which restored partial functionality.  The tope row of buttons required a hard press which was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place.  Full functionality was restored.

Please note that the battery inside the remote is low at 5 volts which will still work but will need replacing soon.
