Customer's Fault Description
Top left button (head riser) does not appear to work. Bed does not rise, and the other three buttons all show a green light bottom left of remote which I presume denotes a signal, but the top left button does not produce a green light. The foot of bed rises and falls as per function of bottom two buttons, and i can hear a clicking when i push the head down button (top right on remote) which suggests mechanim stil functions and remote just needs fixing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken internal core of the cable at the remote entry point. The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break.
