Remote does not turn on. Batteries replaced.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead, this was due to a bad solder joint on one of the battery terminals, this was resoldered which restored partial functionality.  The remote would then turn off whenever moved.

This was due to impacted internal terminals which made a poor loose battery connection.

The internal terminal was reworked and reinforced.  This restored full constant functionality.  Please note that the batteries will be a tight fit in this remote which is the norm.
