Customers Fault Description : Remote showing red light but will only operate the receiver at close quarters. (2 inches) Can then ignite and control the fire but it does not shut off the fire. Nrew batteries fitted
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to have an extremely weak signal.
This was due to a faulty transducer, once a replacement transducer was fitted in the handset full functionality was restored. No fault was found with the receiver.
