Customer's Fault Description
Remote was unreliable / temperamental for a long time and is now dead with no response. Applies to all buttons.
One black button is newly missing, possibly fallen under the panels when I opened it recently
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely and on inspection one button was missing and the was a domed part of the facia (see image), this was the missing button being in the incorrect place.
This was repositioned and then the fault was found. The IR Led had a tiny crack in the print making an intermittent connection. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
