Customer's Fault Description
The on and off button. I had to turn it off at the hood level. The case isnt broken but I made a temporary fix and taped it together to hope it would hold.

This Kitchen ventilation remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.  On opening there was damage to the print around the IR LED.  We have managed to extract the code from the original and create a clone please see below for an image of the clone that we can supply.  The payment on this page is for the supply of a clone and not a repair as stated.
