Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On/off button is difficult to work. When it does it has to be pressed hard for a while. Effect and heat buttons are okay but intermittently play up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
this remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a nonfunctioning button. This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
