Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : doesn't work at all - thought it needed new batteries but when i changed them, it still didn't work. model number WUR 101 50 01
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This window blind remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to a faulty oscillator once replaced full functionality was restored.
