Customers Fault Description : Dogs puppy chewed bottom of remote will not work now

This LCD TV Model E7245 Camping and Caravan 240volt and 12volt remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have damage to the case but when tested the remote was found to transmit on all buttons as per normal operation and the code being sent on each button was confirmed to be correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
