Customers Fault Description : Battery connection needs renewing which I think is the issue that connection is being lost intermittently between. Mover and handset
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The remote was found to have intermittent power. When opened the battery cable was found to have been modified and was intermittent. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored functionality.
