Customers Fault Description : the right control button not emitting signal to machine

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Rolling Road remote control arrived safely and on inspection the case is damaged at the bottom, this cannot be replaced.

The battery cable was damaged, and the button facia had an open circuit to the top right button.  The battery cable was replaced and then the facias reworked which restored full functionality.
