Customer's Fault Description
Put batteries in and not working no light come on do not sure if a new light needs to be fitted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Remote for Blinds arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.  This was due toa fautly oscillator, once replaced full funcitonality was restored.  Please note that the light will not illuminate as it is invisible infra red.

A replacement back had to be fitted to the remote as the case was so brittle it crumbled apart when opening, this is a common issue due to the age of the plastic.
