Customer's Fault Description
I only use the Amplifier section of the remote. Volume buttons don't work at all. Mute and source selector buttons work randomly. There has been a gradual deterioration of function rather than a sudden failure.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have numerous non-functioning / sluggish buttons. This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
