Musical Fidelity Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Musical Fidelity
Customers Fault Description : I only use the Amplifier section of the remote. Volume buttons don't work at all. Mute and source selector buttons work randomly. There has been a gradual deterioration of function rather than a sudden failure.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have numerous non-functioning / sluggish buttons. This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
