Customers Fault Description : Volume buttons and cancel not working. I opened the case and can see battery leakage damage to the pcb. I sent a picture via WhatsApp.

This remote arrived safely and was found to be totally disassembled.
The print had suffered severed corrosion damage from a battery leak.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
